A comprehensive guide on Twitter for writers

Can Twitter regarded as writing software? A casual answer would be No. But recently I seem to come across articles that stress the importance of twitter for writers and make me think differently.

Alex Fink, whose article I recently covered in my recent post, includes Twitter in the list of writing software and says:

Twitter maintains a network of people that I write with and is also used to share new writing, whether in 140 character experiments or through links to lengthier writing elsewhere.

And to nail the point down, Frances Caballo wrote a comprehensive guide to Twitter for writers.

According to her,

Twitter will provide you with instant accessibility to the greatest minds in publishing, writing, public relations, and editing.
